Presque Isle Downs & Casino opened three years ago this month. The Erie Times-News and GoErie.com are putting together a story about the anniversary, which is Feb. 28. We’ll cover some of the history, but the piece will be more of a look forward — namely the roulette, blackjack and other table games that should be available this summer.
